It’s almost Canada Day and there are a variety of events happening in Huron County



Start off your Canada Day celebrations with a hearty breakfast cooked up by the Seaforth firefighters. An all you can eat breakfast of pancakes, eggs, hasbrowns, bacon, sausage, fruit, juice, coffee and tea


You can head to Goderich on June 30th for their firework show at Dusk at Goderich main beach. On July 1st they will be having a parade at 2pm in the square and a boat parade at the Harbour at 4 along with other events.

South Huron

Celebrate Canada Day in South Huron at one or all of the FREE events throughout the day. From playing in a giant sandbox to jumping in inflatables, from enjoying delicious food to watching amazing fireworks there is something for everyone on Canada Day in South Huron!

Grand Bend

Go to Grand Bend for an evening of fun and celebrations! The Grand Bend Canada Day Celebration takes place July 1st on the Main Beach beginning at 6:00 pm. Enjoy live bands on the Grand Bend Rotary Community Stage until 9:55 pm. The national anthem is sung at 10:00 pm followed by southwestern Ontario’s largest Canada Day fireworks display.

Fireworks can be viewed from Main Beach, South Beach and by boat on Lake Huron
